By creating a Jagadose account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Jagadose is a personal tracker for people on weekly metabolic-therapy regimens, plus a directory of clinics that have chosen to list themselves. Jagadose is not a medical device, not a pharmacy, and not a telehealth provider. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, dispense, or recommend any medication, dose, schedule, or clinician.

Nothing in the app is medical advice. Always follow your prescribing clinician's instructions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a binding contract in your country to use Jagadose.

You are responsible for what you log and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You agree the information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not use Jagadose to: market or sell medications; impersonate a clinician; submit clinic listings you are not authorised to submit; upload content you do not have rights to; or interfere with the app's operation.

Some features are offered through Jagadose+, an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period (for example, monthly or yearly) at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a paid term. The current price and period are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency.

You manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings — not in the app. Jagadose does not see or store your payment card details. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by your app store under its terms.

Clinic listings are submitted by clinics or users and reviewed by us before being shown as “verified”. Verification is a basic listing check, not a clinical endorsement. You are responsible for confirming a clinic's credentials before engaging them.

You retain ownership of everything you log. You grant us only the minimal licence to store and display your data back to you, and to operate the app on your behalf (for example, generating your PDF report).

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; where we do, we will notify you by email unless doing so would harm safety or violate law.

Jagadose is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jagadose and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you use only the free tier, zero).

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, except where mandatory consumer law in your country grants you additional rights.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
